Essential to a professional collection organization, is its commitment to compliance. ERI maintains collection agency licenses nationally. We are a member of ACA International and subscribe to their strict code of ethics to protect the integrity of our clients.  Our entire collection team is educated in the requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Graham Leach Bliley Act (GLB) and all State collection requirements. Continuous monitoring of legislative changes affecting the collections industry is monitored and communicated to our collection team as necessary.
